I’m going to have a mini party this weekend and I don’t know what chocolate fountain chocolate to use yet. It will be a mini get together with me and my colleagues. I want it to be simple but still classy. The main highlight will be a fountain display of chocolate.
Chocolate To Use
I researched over the web on what kind of chocolate for chocolate fountain and I learned that any type of chocolate that melts will do. Whether it is dark, white, or milk, it is totally fine. Those that are used for baking or couverture chocolates are best. Couverture chocolates are those that chocolatiers use as coating chocolates. It has 36 to 39 percent of cocoa butter, which makes it ideal for melting. The oil content plays a big part on the chocolate for the chocolate fountain. If we will be using regular eating chocolate, we have to add neutral-flavored vegetable oil so that it would resemble the consistency of a couverture chocolate. The ratio would be a cup of neutral-flavored vegetable oil over 5pounds of regular eating chocolate.
I have the Wilton chocolate pro chocolate fountain. I had this fountain for three months now and I’m happy with this chocolate machine. It holds up to 4lbs of melted chocolate. It also has 3 levels in which the chocolate majestically flows over. Also, it is very simple to use. I got this on Amazon and it is worth every penny. It is such a nice investment.
