Lindt dark chocolate is my favorite chocolate in the world! After Belgian chocolate of course 🙂 Not only Lindt’s dark chocolate bars and Lindt dark chocolate truffles but also their milk chocolate, white chocolate, strawberry chocolate, and the list goes on. Do you know that they have six production sites in Europe and two in the USA? That is a total of 8 manufacturing companies. Their satisfying creations then proceed to 4 different continents for distribution that ends up in every chocolate lover’s mouth. In this article, I will inform you about their different kinds of dark chocolate, specifically the dark Excellence collection. I really love how they divide and create percentages on how bitter their dark chocolate would be like. They have selections of 60%, 70%, 85%, 90%, and 99%. I will only discuss 3 from the Excellence collection that I like most.
Lindt Dark Excellence Cocoa Bar Collection
Lindt’s Excellence bars are all delicious but what I like most is the dark chocolate ones. Their dark chocolates are so sophisticated and high in quality. Unlike what we commonly have with other brands, Lindt made a stronger blend of bitter chocolate taste that I really love. Some might not appreciate the bitter-sweet flavor but I do. I’ve always been a fan of dark chocolates. These rectangular-shaped chocolates are covered in white and black paper wrappers with gold embossed letters. On the middle you can see a picture of a square piece of the chocolate that you will get inside. You can also see a print to indicate the percent of cocoa for each bar.
